BAIF Developments Limited, with founding partners of ACORN principals was established to be a fully integrated real estate development company – focusing on land development and mixed-use buildings, BAIF was instrumental in the initial site development of many of Toronto’s highly recognized landmarks, such as the Yonge-Eglinton Centre.
As Toronto was growing, so too was BAIF. This was an exciting decade that saw our team develop many master-planned communities, such as the 400-acre BAIF Community at Yonge Street and Carrville Road as well as mixed-use building and prestigious commercial office developments like Hillcrest Mall in Richmond Hill, and Wynford Heights Crescent Community in Don Mills.

BAIF Developments Limited continues on with commercial/ industrial land development such as the Beaver Creek Business Park at Hwy 7 and Hwy 404. In September all founding partners and agency officials celebrate the ground breaking for the Richmond Hill Civic Centre. ACORN is officially launched as its own entity, created out of an interest to serve Toronto family communities looking for high-quality homes.
